Creation of email accounts
To create an email account, please email us at email@example.com. In your message, please specify the email address you want us to create for you.
You can have up to 3 email accounts, each account having a 1GB of space. (Not applicable to our Starter plan)
Configuration of domain settings
Log in to your domain registrar panel and add (or change) the appropriate records.
Record type: MX
Target host: shoplomail.com (NOTE: in some domain registrar panels, include a dot at the end of the host name)
In addition, we recommend that you create a Sender Policy Framework (SPF) record for your domain. An SPF record is a Domain Name Service (DNS) record type that identifies mail servers that are authorized to send e-mail on behalf of a domain. To create it, add the following record:
Record type: TXT
Target host: v=spf1 a mx ptr include:spf.shoplo.com ~all
If you don't know how to set up these two records, we recommend that you contact your domain registrar's customer support for detailed instructions.
Configuration of email programs
You can receive your email using the email program you regularly use on your computer.
Login (User Name): email address
Incoming Mail server (POP3): shoplomail.com port 110 or 995 for SSL
Incoming Mail server (IMAP): shoplomail.com port 143 or 993 for SSL
Outgoing Mail server (STMP): shoplomail.com port 587 with and without TLS

How to set up an email account on the Mail app in os X?
1. Go to the Mail app and from the top menu click on 'Mail'> Add account > Select 'Other mail account...'
Click on 'Continue'.
2. Then complete your email address and password and click on 'Sign in'.
3. Complete all the data and click on 'Sign in'.
How to add a domain?
You can add a domain in two simple steps

Add a domain in Shoplo's dashboard
Go to Settings > Domains > Click on '+ Domain'
Type your domain name but don't select it as your main domain for the time being. You will only do this after you have redirected record A from the recorder.
Notice that two addresses (with www. and without) are automatically added allowing you to use your domain in both cases.
Redirecting the domain to the correct IP address
Log in to your domain provider’s website, then redirect
record A to the following IP address: 164132.116.247
If you need help, please contact your domain provider.
After domain redirection and propagation set the selected domain as the main one in your Shoplo dashboard.
Go to Settings > Domains> Click on the pencil right next to the domain > activate your domain as main domain and save changes.
Frequently added questions
How long does it take to redirect domain?
Redirection of the domain depends on your domain provider. It may take from 15 minutes to 24 hours.
Why is my Shoplo domain displayed on my store address even though I set up the domain redirection?
It is a normal problem while redirection is still in progress. As mentioned above, redirection may take up to 24 hours, depending on your domain provider. That is why we do not recommend making your newly added domain as the default domain immediately.
Why is my Shoplo domain still not displaying correctly after 24 hours?
Usually, web browsers load web content not directly from the source but from web browser cache. In other words, if your domain redirected you to Shoplo website, you should clean your browsing history, cookies and cache in your browser.
If you've already waited over 24 hours and the website is still not displaying correctly, we recommend contacting your domain host.
